These Terms of Use apply in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and applicable consumer legislation.

Service Delivery

Upon completion of the purchase process on the Website, a booking confirmation and digital ticket will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. The customer must present the purchase confirmation (digitally via phone or as a printed copy) upon arrival at the "House of Clues" venue at Jaffa Port.

Cancellation of Transaction

Cancellation of transaction is governed by the Cancellation Policy, operating under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and Cancellation of Transaction Regulations.

Service Warranty and Refunds

We commit to provide the service at the scheduled time. In case we are unable to provide the service for any reason (such as a technical failure of the VR equipment, power outage, or other obstruction), the customer will receive a full refund (100%) of the amount paid for the purchase, or may choose an alternative date at their preference. The customer will have no claim or demand for compensation beyond this.

Privacy and Information Security

The full Privacy Policy, cookie consent, and user rights under Amendment 13 to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
