What happens in there
You arrive fifteen minutes early. A short briefing and headphones.
You enter the dome in socks and settle in, lying down.
Eyes closed, and a soft guiding voice leads inward.
Eyes open onto a world of colors and shapes, like stepping into a kaleidoscope.

How many people can enter the dome?
Up to ten.
How much control do I have?
The whole journey is at your pace. You can turn the sound down, take the headphones off in one movement, open your eyes whenever you want, or get up and leave at any moment, without explaining. There is nothing to do correctly, only to be.
Do I need experience? Who is it for?
Everyone moves at their own pace. Whether you have experience with meditation or this is your first time, the journey is personal, within a group. From age 12 and up.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and light layers as needed, the dome is air-conditioned and there are blankets. The journey is lying on a mattress with headphones. You enter the dome in socks only. If you wear glasses, bring them.
Who this is not for
The experience includes flashing light. It is not suitable for anyone sensitive to flashing light or living with epilepsy. If you have any doubt, write to us beforehand.
