Cancellation Policy

Life moves at its own pace, and we understand that sometimes plans change.

Cancellation of participation is permitted under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and Cancellation of Transaction Regulations.

In addition to these legal rights, here are the simple principles we ask you to respect:

• Up to 48 hours before the journey: a full (100%) refund.
• Less than 48 hours before: 50% refund.

Late Arrival

A journey at House of Clues begins on time.

Entry takes place in the first few minutes, as part of the gathering and inner transition.

It is not possible to join a journey after it has begun, in order to preserve the depth of the experience and to respect everyone who has already entered.

If you arrive late and entry is not possible, this is treated as a cancellation, and a 50% refund applies.

If We Cancel the Journey

We commit to provide the service at the scheduled time. In case we cannot provide the service for any reason (technical failure of equipment, power outage, or other obstruction), you will receive a full (100%) refund or an alternative date at your choice.
