A consciousness journey is built from four components: words that lead you inward, sounds and music, visuals that fill a 360° dome, and a theme that gives it all direction. Journeys range from 30 to 180 minutes depending on the journey you choose: first a guided meditation, eyes closed inside the lit dome. Then the visual experience, eyes open, a different world surrounding you.

You lie on a mat. Headphones. Eyes closed. Guided meditation. And then something else begins. Eyes open. Light and image from every direction. The mind is very busy. So busy it stops managing.

It's a 360° projection all around you, floor to ceiling. No goggles, no equipment on your face. You enter the dome, and the image surrounds you from every direction.

Each journey has a story and a frame, like traveling to a specific city. The essential differences are in the theme and the intention each journey invites: what it speaks about, what it opens. On the technical side: each journey has its own meditation, music, and visual experience. For example, the Familiarities journey: befriending an idea, an emotion, an event, or anything you'd like to get a little closer to, inside yourself or outside. The journey without instructions: looking at your time without the roles you usually carry — not what needs to be done, but a moment of stopping.

An intention is the inner context you bring with you: a question, a prayer, a quality, and even 'arriving with no intention' is an intention. The intention gently guides your attention throughout the experience.

Everyone moves at their own pace. Whether you have experience with meditation or it's your first time, the journey is personal in a group. You can come alone or with others. Age 12 and up.

The whole journey is at your own pace. You can lower the sound, remove the headphones in one move, open your eyes whenever you like, or get up and leave at any moment, no explanation needed. There's nothing to do right. Just to be.

The place and the dome are accessible, and the whole journey is in a lying position on a mat. The experience includes flickering light, so it isn't suitable for anyone sensitive to flickering light or epilepsy. Need a special accommodation?

Dress comfortably and in light layers as needed, there are blankets in the dome. The journey is lying on a mat with headphones, in a comfortable dome. Entry into the dome is in socks only. If you wear glasses, bring them.

Out of respect for the other participants, you cannot join a journey that has already started. Arrive about 15 minutes before your journey.

The Container Building sometimes hosts events. With the headphones you get during the journey, usually not noticeable.
