A consciousness journey is an experience inside a 360° dome at Jaffa Port, usually about 60 minutes (some are shorter, some longer). You lie on a mat, and around you light, sound and motion open up, with guidance that takes you inward. Each journey is built around a theme, and a personal intention you choose to bring.

You arrive, get a short briefing, put on headphones and step into the dome. You lie down, the light and sound begin, and the guidance carries you inward and back. At the end, a quiet moment, and for whoever wants, a short sharing circle. All at your own pace.

Whether it's your first time or you're at home with meditation, all you need to do is arrive and lie down. Come alone, as a couple or with friends, and the journey itself is always personal, even in a group session. Suitable from age 12 and up.

The whole journey is at your pace, and control always stays with you. You can lower the sound, close your eyes, rest for a moment, or step outside and come back, whenever you like. There's nothing to do right — just to be.

The place and the dome are accessible, and the whole journey is in a lying position on a mat. The experience includes changing light, so it isn't suitable for anyone sensitive to flashing light or epilepsy. Need a special accommodation?

Comfortable clothing. You enter the dome in socks, we have clean ones if you need them. Arrive about 15 minutes before the journey, so you can begin calmly.

Gladly. We recommend taking photos before or after the journey, to keep the moment yours and the other participants'.
