The Circle Journey

Choose one theme. The whole day is built around it.
Inspiration and clarity
The day is built around opening the view and finding a shared direction. The stations and the dome are tuned to inspiration and clarity.
Recharge
The day is built around breath and recharging. The stations and the dome are tuned to slowing down and coming back refreshed.
Same foundation: a group, stations, the dome. The difference is the theme, and the content is tailored around it.
What happens at the stations
The stations are built as one sequence: you begin with an image, step out into the open air, and finish working with your hands. Each station opens up the one before it a little further.
The dome
A 360° dome with immersive projection and spatial sound, no headset needed. Up to 10 people per round.
Phototherapy
Each person chooses a photograph from a selection and tells something about themselves, or about this period, through it. The image does the hard work, and it is easier to speak through it than directly. The group hears things that never come up in a team meeting.
The sea
You step outside, facing the sea at Jaffa Port. An open-air station for calm and perspective. The change of place does the work: the gaze reaches further, and the conversation opens differently.
Creation
Working with your hands, with no prior experience needed. The group makes one piece together, moving out of words and slide decks and into real collaboration.
The team splits into small groups and rotates between the stations. The exact setup is settled with you in advance, according to the theme and the size of the team.
